Perfect location on harbourside, close to cn tower and skydome. Good size for family of four. Wonderful view across Lake Ontario. Well appointed appartment. Laundry facilities. Parking available, but need to book in advance as there are spaces allocated for each appartment and this is not made very clear.
Communication with Glen Grove is limited. Parking has to be arranged in advance - something that is not mentioned when booking. It is really difficult to find if you have not been here before, as it is in a private apartment block at Maple Leaf Quay, tucked away in the corner of the quay next to the little convenience store. Do not look for 'Glen Grove' sign - there is none. The security guard for the appartment block has the key and the laundry card which you need to top up at the machine in the lobby.

Very good location, nice environment, clean and perfect facilities. A convenience store, and Shoppers drug mart is in the same building. Near by everything on the harbor front; simply a perfect location
It's not a hotel, it's more like a hotel appartments. Don't expect to find a hotel service although most of the required facilities is available.

Decent rate, 6 of us stayed in a 2 bedroom "suite" which included 2 double beds and a pull out couch.
room wasnt clean, also you have no help from staff if you need extra towels etc.. The place is a bit run down and carpets smelled of urine. if you go with aa group of 6 people and arent planning on being in the room alot then this place is ideal. But this place wasnt special at all.

The food was freshly made, with a great selection of options. The location was good, right by Union Station and CN Tower as well as other restaurants. The Harbourfront district was worth exploring.

Location was excellent. View from the room was great. Fairly spacious room to accommodate 5 people with 2 queen beds and sofa sleeper. Rooms and linen were clean except for some stains on the carpet and scuffed walls.
Room did not have enough linen for 5 and despite 2 calls not able to get extra linen. Internet access did not work in the room but unsecured network was available nearby. There were no paper towels in the kitchen. There were no extra trash bags. Air conditioner was very noisy but did work. There was no dishwasher soap. It would have been nice to have clearer directions to find the check in desk.

Apartments location was excellent - very near the cn Tower, harbourfront. On a streetcar route. Good value for money - nice size apartment for Toronto at a good price.
The front desk staff is a security guard - the man we interacted with had no customer service skills and played with his phone while we checked in. He also shared personal stories I would prefer he keep to himself. It is not a standarad hotel - no maid service, concierge etc. Its a small apartment rented out - which is fine for me, but be aware it is not a hotel. Luxury apartments might be pushing the description. Adequate with good value is a fair description.

Excellent room sizes, very well equipped full size kitchen, with 4 seat dining table, free WIFI, great welcome pack including washing powder and washing up liquid. Convenience shop on ground floor. Within minutes walking distance to CN tower and Rogers Centre, rest of downtown Toronto walk-able by a 9 year old. Right on the water front. All in all fantastic. Would def. stay again. One point to note, not really easy to find, as not a hotel - its more of an apartment block with a security guard rather than a reception..

Price, location, and ability to eat some meals in were great.
Condo was a bit run down, but was fine. "concierge" desk personnel were next to useless, not terribly helpful and not very pleasant. But they are essentially just the building's security, so not really there to cater to the needs of short-term renters. Overall the stay was fine, but you need to remember it's not a hotel, you're renting someone's condo, so the services are not to be expected.

Good location and the view was nice. Also, I was able to find an internet connection that was not password protected - although it was not provided by the hotel. It was less expensive than other hotels, but not worth the cost.
We tried to save a few bucks on hotel costs, which we did, but it was not a pleasant experience. Next time I'll pay a few hundred extra and stay in the convention hotel. The tub drain was clogged with hair, the walls were marked from furniture moving, the drawers in the kitchen were broken, the blinds did not open, the layout of the place was strange, with a mini office area that had not light fixtures! No one could explain how to activate the in room internet access. There is an office in the building that handles long-term rental (Maple Leaf), but that was not associated with "Glen Grove".

The apartment was located close to downtown Toronto. That's everything that was good about it.
First and most importantly, Glengrove at Mapleleaf is not a hotel. It's a few run down apartments in a block owned by a management company. There are no signs and so it's very hard to work out what is going on and where you are meant to be. When you arrive you are given a pack of keys by the security guard and from there on out you're on your own. Which is a shame because they gave us the wrong keys and a parking space which doesn't exist. We were double charged for parking because they refused to honour the price quotes on Booked.net. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned and neither had any of the bedding or towels. Perhaps that's because we only stayed one night and they couldn't be bothered? Who knows. Their staff are incredibly unhelpful, we had to call for the wi-fi password and were initially given the wrong one. We had to call them four times to get everything sorted and each call was more frustrating that the last. On top of all of this it's very expensive. Save your money and go elsewhere!
